Loneliness arises,
as the business of the day subsides.
Left with yourself,
feeling sad
and blue.
As you wipe the tears from your eyes,
sadness in your heart.
You can’t comprehend,
yet you realise your lonely.
Lonely got you sad,
and blue.
Life’s not the same no more,
it is what it is,
sad,
blue,
and lonely.
