Poem Hear My Hearts Cry Lord,

Hear my hearts cry Lord,
when I lonely and sad.
Hear my hearts cry Lord,
when I’m sensitive and in need.

Hear my hearts cry Lord,
when I feel like giving up,
throwing in the towel.
hear my hearts cry Lord.

Help me hold on,
help me be strong.
Help me not to jump ship,
but to look to you Lord, my anchor, my stability.

Hear my hearts cry Lord,
and strengthen me.
You are the light in the darkness,
hear my hearts cry Lord,
and help me carry on.
