Girl I can see that you are frustrated right now,
bound wearing a frown yet not down,
everyday is not Christmas,
hope and pray.
Keep your faith
and
gain.
Hope for better days.
We fall,
we rise.
Arise
and shine,
beat your chest,
you have life.
Be thankful,
and live,
do your hair today.
Today is a gift from God,
give thanks and praise.
Arise
and smile,
Arise
and shine,
laugh
and play.
Sing,
dance
and
live life today.
Tomorrow’s promised to no one,
live life today.
you’ve got now,
give thanks and praise.
Live life today,
you have today.
Don’t be down,
that’s not okay.
It don’t rain everyday,
be strong,
be of good cheerful.
Arise
and shine today.
