Poem Rise Ye Child Of God

God made YOU In His Likeness,
In His Image.
So why do you not love yourself,
or accept yourself?
Why do you not look at yourself in The mirror
or care for you?
Don’t you know you are fearfully and marvellously made?
Why you looking down on yourself,
when you are the light of the world?
Why do you have low self esteem dear child?
Rise,
don’t you know YOU are the city on a hill that can’t be hidden.
Why you sad when you are the salt of the earth.
Rise and be who You are in Christ,
Rise don’t stay down,
swim, don’t sink.
Don’t shut down,
Live Life,
Arise
and shine,
Dear child of God for God glory,
Glorify God.
